Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a Camunda 8 Specialist with 5+ years of experience to design and build automated processes. The role requires hands-on Camunda 8 with Zeebe, Operate and Tasklist, plus strong Java 11+ and Spring Boot expertise using the spring-zeebe SDK.

You should have a deep understanding of asynchronous messaging with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS, and be proficient in gRPC and RESTful API design. DevOps exposure with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is expected,

Job description

We are looking for a Camunda 8 Specialist with at least 5+ years of experience to build our next generation of automated processes.

• Camunda 8 Core Hands-on experience with Zeebe, Operate, and Tasklist. Understanding of the exporting mechanism to Elasticsearch.
• Modern Java Strong experience with Java 11+ and Spring Boot, specifically using the spring-zeebe SDK.
• Messaging & Events Deep understanding of asynchronous patterns using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS.
• API Design Expertise in gRPC (used by Zeebe) and RESTful service integration.
• DevOps/Cloud Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Data Expressions Proficiency in FEEL (Friendly Enough Expression Language) for data mapping and gateway logic.
