Job summary

Birlasoft in Pune, India, seeks a Camunda BPM Engineer to install, configure, and administer Camunda 7.x across Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod with high availability. You will monitor the workflow engine, troubleshoot issues, and manage deployments while enforcing security and performance optimizations.

Required: strong Camunda 7.x, BPMN/DMN basics, Java/Spring Boot, and DB expertise; plus REST APIs, RBAC, and CI/CD familiarity. Exposure to Kubernetes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Camunda 7.x (Process Engine, Cockpit, Tasklist, Admin).
• Deep understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN basics.
• Experience with application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic).
• Strong knowledge of Java / Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Database expertise (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and SQL tuning.
• Experience in performance tuning & troubleshooting Camunda engine.
• Familiarity with REST APIs & external task pattern.
• Basic understanding of security (LDAP, OAuth, SSO).
