Job summary

MVP BUSINESS HR PVT. LTD in Kolhapur district seeks a skilled CAM programmer to develop CNC programs with UG NX, CATIA, SolidCAM and Mastercam. You will handle 3-, 4-, and 5-axis programming and independently manage machining operations.

You will work with STEP data, optimize tooling and fixtures, and contribute to process planning for precision components. The role supports aerospace and precision machining projects with timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop CAM programs using software such as UG NX, CATIA, SolidCAM, Mastercam, etc.
• Perform Multi-Axis CNC Programming (3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis)
• Independently handle programming activities for machining operations
• Work on STEP file applications and analyze data loss, if any
• Execute process planning for precision machined components
• Support aerospace and precision machining projects
• Ensure accurate soft data transfer from workstation to machine without data loss
• Select and optimize cutting tools, fixtures, and jigs
• Develop first-time-right machining strategies for new parts
• Support productionization activities to ensure timely delivery
