• 3–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Calypso platform, preferably in Back Office modules.
• Good understanding of trade lifecycle covering trade capture through settlement.
• Knowledge of Capital Market products such as FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Bonds, Derivatives, and IRS.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and functional documentation.
• Exposure to settlements, confirmations, corporate actions, reconciliations, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
