Job summary

Skillventory in Bengaluru seeks a CAE Simulation MBD to drive multi-body dynamics modeling for 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler programs, integrating MBD into the product development cycle.

You will develop MBD models for powertrain mounting, drivetrain and chassis, analyse dynamics and ride comfort, and build VPG models to support durability testing and correlations with physical tests.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in MBD simulation for vehicle dynamics and NVH analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of powertrain mounting, drivetrain and chassis systems.
• Experience correlating simulations with physical tests using VPG/virtual rigs.

Responsibilities

• Perform Multi-Body Dynamics (MBD) simulation for 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler combustion vehicle NPD.
• Develop MBD models for powertrain mounting, drivetrain and chassis systems.
• Analyse vehicle dynamics, ride comfort and vibration; identify gaps and implement countermeasures.
• Develop Virtual Proving Ground (VPG) models for durability load generation.
• Virtualise test rigs and correlate simulation results with physical tests.
• Conduct vehicle dynamics benchmarking and validate component, subsystem and full-vehicle models.
• Ensure performance targets meet TQT and QCD requirements.
