Role Description

The CAD Trainer will deliver structured, instructor‑led training on CAD tools and related concepts to students and professionals in an on‑site setting in Ghaziabad. This is a full‑time role focused on planning and conducting classes, preparing and updating training materials, and designing practice exercises and projects that reflect real industry scenarios. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, tests, and project reviews, providing clear feedback and support to help participants master CAD skills. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the training team to refine curricula, staying current with CAD software updates and industry standards, and occasionally participating in workshops or corporate training sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Programming relevant to CAD applications.
• Excellent Communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly and engaging diverse learners.
• Proven experience in Teaching, with the ability to manage classrooms and adapt to different learning styles.
• Curriculum Development skills for designing and updating CAD training modules, exercises, and assessments.
• Hands‑on proficiency with industry‑standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ghaziabad and maintain a consistent full‑time training schedule.
• Experience in industry projects or prior corporate training exposure is an advantage.
