Role Description

The CAD Faculty role at Cube CAD Center™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The faculty member will deliver classroom and lab-based instruction, prepare lesson plans and teaching materials, and guide learners through hands‑on CAD projects. Daily responsibilities include explaining core concepts, demonstrating software workflows, evaluating assignments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in building portfolios aligned with industry requirements. The faculty will also participate in curriculum enhancement, maintain up-to-date knowledge of CAD tools and standards, collaborate with other instructors, and contribute to academic quality and learner engagement.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Information Technology relevant to CAD and design applications.

• Candidates should possess skills in Programming that support automation, scripting, or customization of CAD and related software tools.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Curriculum Development, including designing structured courses, assessments, and learning outcomes for technical education.
• Candidates should possess awareness of Cybersecurity principles as they relate to safe handling of digital design files, software, and lab environments.
• Relevant teaching or training experience in CAD, BIM, or related design/engineering domains, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar) and familiarity with design workflows used in architecture, mechanical, civil, or product design.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner‑centered and inclusive approach to education.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Design, Computer Science, or a related field; specialized CAD certifications are an advantage.
