Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a CAD Operator-Civil for the Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and related infrastructure. The role involves drafting and updating technical drawings to meet project specs, using AutoCAD under the design team’s guidance.

Candidates must hold a Diploma/ITI with AutoCAD certification and have about 2 years of CAD drafting experience. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for this diverse project team.

We are seeking applications for the position of CAD Operator-Civil for Project “Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA.”

Missions/Main Duties

• Assist in the preparation and modification of technical drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD software as directed by the senior design team.
• Review and incorporate markups and revisions provided by the engineering team or senior staff into existing drawings and plans.
• Ensure that all drawings and plans comply with company standards, industry guidelines, and project specifications.
• Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy files of all drawings and related documents to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.

Profile/Skills

• Education qualification – Diploma/ITI shoul have Certifcation in AUTOCAD
• Years of experience – Overall 2 Year of Exp as CAD Draftsman
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
