Job summary

A multidisciplinary consulting organization is seeking a Mid-Senior level BIM Technician in Pune, India. The role involves preparing 2D/3D model elements, adhering to standard BIM software conventions, and collaborating on QA/QC protocols. Candidates should have a technical diploma and 3 to 10 years of relevant BIM experience, with knowledge of Civil 3D or similar tools being a plus. The position is full-time and part of the Design Services function, offering an opportunity to contribute to innovative projects worldwide.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in drafting, architecture, engineering, or BIM.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant BIM experience.
• Exposure to Civil 3D, Navisworks or similar tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple 2D/3D model elements based on markups or drawings provided.
• Follow clear modelling instructions using standard BIM software.
• Maintain drawing and file naming conventions under supervision.
• Assist in printing and exporting models, views, and sheets as needed.
• Participate in basic clash checks or visual reviews.
• Record and update changes in drawing registers or file logs.
• Upload and download files from project platforms as directed.
• Flag issues or errors encountered in the model to senior team members.
• Adhere to QA/QC checklists and model hygiene protocols.
• Support general team activities including documentation and archive support.
