Job summary

Dar is seeking a BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead with an Architecture background and 8–20 years of experience to manage BIM processes and lead multidisciplinary design teams for large-scale architectural projects. The role focuses on coordinating modeling workflows, ensuring BEP adherence, and delivering accurate, constructible models.

Based in Bengaluru, you will mentor teams and drive digital delivery workflows in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Architecture / Engineering degree required.
• 10+ years of Design or Construction experience.
• Experience on BIM projects (min 3 projects).
• Good knowledge of Engineering design and Information Management systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for collaboration and clash resolution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience implementing 4D/5D, VR, AR.
• BIM certification aligned with ISO19650.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of modeling workflows and model development for their discipline.
• Ensure adherence to BEP, modeling standards, and agreed LOD per design phase.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution within the federated model environment.
• Monitor and review models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead with an Architecture (B.Arch) background and 8-20 years of experience to join our growing team. This position is focused on managing BIM processes, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale architectural projects. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Revit, BIM standards, model coordination, clash detection, and digital delivery workflows, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to project teams. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative, internationally recognized projects within a collaborative and technology-driven environment.

Role Description:

• Drive the implementation of modeling workflows and model development for their respective discipline (e.g., Architectural, Structural, MEP).
• Ensure adherence to BEP, modeling standards, and agreed LOD per design phase.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution based on design coordination within the federated model environment.
• Monitor and review models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
• Coordinate closely with other disciplines to resolve issues and validate interface areas.

Qualifications :

• Architecture / Engineering degree in the respective discipline
• Minimum 10 years of Design or Construction experience
• Experience working on BIM projects (Minimum 3 projects preferably major projects included).
• Good knowledge of Engineering design and Information Management systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team especially managing collaboration and coordination to resolve design issues, clashes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Experience in implementing 4D/5D, Virtual reality, Augmented reality
• BIM certification aligned with ISO19650
