Job summary

Rattanindia Power is seeking an entry-level Audit Associate to support internal audit activities at Aerocity, Worldmark1 Tower B, Delhi. You will assist in planning, execution and documentation of audits across procurement, finance, HR, IT and operations, while upholding strict confidentiality.

The role requires an article-ship with a reputed CA firm, strong analytical ability and proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year articleship with a reputed CA firm completed.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with audit tools.
• SAP/ERP knowledge is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-audit checks of expense bills for policy compliance and documentation.
• Assist senior auditors in planning and execution of audits across departments.
• Perform process walkthroughs, test internal controls and document findings.
• Evaluate adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support in special audit assignments including investigations and whistleblower reviews.
• Gather, analyze and document evidence with discretion and confidentiality.
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers, reports and trackers.
• Prepare MIS reports on audit progress, open issues and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with departments and auditees for resolution of audit issues.
• Track status of open audit observations and ensure timely corrective actions.

4. Evaluate adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
5. Support in special audit assignments, including investigations into fraud or misconduct, forensic audits, and whistleblower reviews.
6. Help in gathering, analyzing, and documenting evidence with discretion and confidentiality.
7. Prepare and maintain audit working papers, audit reports, and trackers in accordance with professional standards.
8. Prepare various (MIS) reports related to audit progress, open issues, and follow-ups.
9. Coordinate with various departments and auditees for resolution of audit issues.
10. Track the status of open audit observations and ensure timely implementation of agreed corrective actions.
