Responsibilities

• Direct Tax: Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns; tax computations for individuals, firms, and companies; assistance in assessments and notices; tax research and compliance.
• Audit & Assurance: Statutory/Internal/Tax audits; verification of books and documents; preparation of working papers and reports; client coordination.
• CFO Advisory: MIS reporting and financial analysis; budgeting and forecasting support; cash flow management and virtual CFO assistance.
