Role Overview

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is offering an opportunity for Interns / Article Trainees to undergo 1 year Industrial Training within the Compliance function. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to regulatory, statutory, and internal compliance processes in a leading banking organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and reviewing compliance registers, trackers, and records.
• Support preparation, verification, and documentation of regulatory filings and responses.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and applicable regulations.
• Help track regulatory timelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support drafting of basic compliance reports, internal notes, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and assist in liaison with auditors or consultants.
• Assist in internal compliance audits and reviews, as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students pursuing CA or other relevant professional courses.
• Candidates required to complete Industrial Training / Articleship / Internship as part of academic curriculum.
