Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a passionate, analytical CA Article Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team in Navi Mumbai. You will gain hands-on exposure to Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, GST, TDS and Financial Reporting while completing your CA Articleship.

You will assist in audits, maintain books, perform MIS, and support GST compliance and tax filings, with opportunities in IPO advisory and growth strategy. Freshers with strong commerce/finance grounding are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• CA Intermediate student eligible for Articleship.
• Freshers welcome; strong academic background in Commerce, Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit assignments.
• Assist in maintaining and reviewing books of accounts, ledgers and financial records.
• Internal Audit (including listed entities).
• Monthly process controls and business performance reviews.
• GST compliances - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & 9C Financial Due Diligence.
• IPO advisory, transaction support & growth strategy assistance.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, analytical and detail-oriented CA Article Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, GST, TDS and Financial Reporting while completing their CA Articleship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit assignments.
• Assist in maintaining and reviewing books of accounts, ledgers and financial records.
• Internal Audit (including listed entities)
• Monthly process controls and business performance reviews
• GST compliances - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & 9C Financial Due Diligence
• IPO advisory, transaction support & growth strategy assistance
• Accounting, financial finalisation & MIS
• Tax audit & income-tax return filings
• Targeting CA Inter students, both groups cleared.
