Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Hyderabad is offering an Industrial Training opportunity for a high‑performing Chartered Accountant student eager to gain exposure to Sales Finance operations.

You will collaborate with sales, OTC, and finance teams, participate in profitability analysis, data reconciliations, and automation initiatives while leveraging SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel to drive smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• CA student eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
• Cleared IPCC groups in first attempt.
• Preferably a rank holder at IPCC.
• Experience in a Big 4 or comparable firm in Risk Advisory/Internal Audit/CFO advisory.
• Based in Hyderabad.
• Tech-savvy and automation-minded.

Responsibilities

• Customer profitability analysis, channel profitability analysis, trade spend optimization and automation.
• Org level GSV/NSV/volume analysis as required.
• Data reconciliations like customer and vendor recon.
• Support automation initiatives across sales finance.
• Assist sales finance copilots in day-to-day activities.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and controls.
• Preferred tools: SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel.
• Strong MS PowerPoint/Word/Excel skills.

As part of a high‑visibility finance team, you will collaborate closely with sales team, OTC and will report onto Sales Finance Copilot. Basically you will at the core what finance does for sales and customers.

What Are We Looking For?

• CA student eligible for Industrial Training (as per ICAI guidelines).
• Cleared both groups of IPCC in the first attempt.
• Preferably a rank holder at the IPCC level.
• Experience in a Big 4 or comparable firm in Risk Advisory/Internal Audit/ CFO advisory.
• Based in Hyderabad.
• Someone tech‑savvy, curious, automation‑driven, and value‑seeking.
