Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an embedded security specialist in Bengaluru. You will work on C/C++ in embedded/system software, focusing on Android security, Linux internals, and secure cryptographic implementations.

Responsibilities include implementing Android framework/HAL components, SELinux policies, and secure boot flows, with exposure to TEE and secure applications within an Agile/SAFe environment.

Qualifications

• Has more than three years of relevant work experience.
• Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design and development principles.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and deliver tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Strong C/C++ programming experience in embedded or system software.
• Android framework and HAL (AIDL based) development.

• Android Keystore / Keymaster concepts.
• Linux system and security internals and services.
• Security stack development including Trusted Execution Environment (GP TEE) and secure applications.
• Experience with cryptography and secure systems (OpenSSL, certificates, key management, secure boot).
• Network security: embedded TCP/IP, firewall/gateway design, IPv4/IPv6, Ethernet.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Jira).
