Amantya Technologies is seeking an experienced Qt Architect to lead architecture, design, and development of medical device software. You will drive end-to-end software architecture for Qt-based healthcare applications, mentoring teams, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires deep Qt/C++ expertise, leadership in embedded systems, and a strong grasp of healthcare regulations and software quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4-12+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Qt Framework (Qt5/Qt6).
• Expert-level proficiency in Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20).
• Strong experience in object-oriented design and design patterns.
• Experience with Linux-based embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the software architecture for Qt-based healthcare and medical device applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance GUI applications using Qt Framework and Modern C++.
• Lead end-to-end software architecture from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance.
• Architect reusable software components and frameworks for multiple healthcare products.
• Drive system design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, system, QA, regulatory, and product teams.
• Ensure software complies with healthcare regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Define software coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
• Lead performance optimization, memory management, and system reliability improvements.
• Mentor senior engineers and development teams on Qt architecture and software engineering practices.
• Participate in risk analysis, software verification, validation, and design documentation.
