Job summary

FIS Global Business Solutions India Private Ltd invites experienced C++ developers to join our FinTech team in Chennai. You will develop application code in C++, write efficient and well-tested software, and ensure adherence to specifications.

The role also involves Java phases, mainframe maintenance, and technology evaluation within the payments domain. The ideal candidate has 5-15 years in C++ development with Unix and Oracle, strong database skills, and familiarity with IST Switch, Data

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in C++ development with Unix and Oracle.
• Experience in IST Switch, Payments, POS, Clearing, Data Navigator or EFT Switch.
• Proficiency in Database and Unix.
• Knowledge of FIS products and services is a plus.
• Knowledge of Retail Payment Domain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop application code for C++ and ensure designs follow specifications.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code; maintain and debug mainframe applications as needed.
• Design, implement and maintain Java application phases.
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
• Convert business requirements into executable code solutions and provide leadership to the technical team.
• Analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution.

• Develop application code for C++

What you bring:

• 5 - 15 years of experience in C++ Development with unix and Oracle
• Mandate to have experience in any one domain ( IST Switch/ Payments/ POS/ Clearing /Data Navigator/ EFT Switch)
• Proficiency in Database
• Proficiency in Unix
• Added bonus if you have: Knowledge of FIS’ products and services.
• Knowledge of Retail Payment Domain.
• Knowledge of Data Navigator, IST Switch, IST Clearing, IST MAS.
