Job description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and .NET

• Build and enhance automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, SpecFlow)
• Automate UI, API, and regression testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results, log defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues
• Perform test data preparation and environment setup
• Review test cases for automation suitability and coverage
• Maintain automation code quality using best practices (OOP, SOLID principles)
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile setup
• Continuously improve test automation efficiency and coverage

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with C# and .NET framework
• Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks:
  • Selenium WebDriver / Playwright / NUnit / MSTest / xUnit
• Experience in Web application automation
• Knowledge of API testing (RestSharp, Postman, or similar)
• Understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Good understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
