Job summary

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill, London, ENG, GB, is seeking a dedicated Butler to assist in the seamless operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt's global standards. The role requires professionalism, excellent presentation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates will have a hospitality or tourism management qualification and 1–2 years' guest service experience in hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management preferred.
• 1-2 years’ work experience in hotel operations is preferred.
• Butler training programme certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Support the Team Leader – Butler/Assistant Manager – Butler to ensure butler services run efficiently and professionally.
• Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service, coordinating with all departments as needed to meet guest expectations.

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Butler is responsible to assist the Team Leader – Butler/Assistant Manager – Butler in ensuring that the butler services are run efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills with professional presentation. Ability to multitask and co-ordinate with all departments on behalf of the guest.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 - 2 years’ work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Butler training programme certification is an added advantage.
