Job summary

BTVK Advisory seeks an experienced valuation professional to lead and grow its Business Valuation practice in India. You will manage valuation engagements, mentor teams, and drive business development while delivering high-quality client service.

The role requires a decade of valuation experience, CPA/CFA/ASA designations, and advanced degrees; collaboration across offices will be key to expanding advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• MBA or Master’s in Valuation preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or ASA designation required.
• 10 years of relevant valuation or consulting experience.
• Experience managing multiple engagements and leading professional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience contributing to business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and strategic development of the Business Valuation practice.
• Lead and manage valuation consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, marketing materials, and web-based campaigns.
• Collaborate with teams across offices and industry groups to strengthen consulting capabilities and practice growth.
• Build and maintain strong client and professional relationships through networking, industry events, presentations, and conferences.
• Participate in firm-wide business development and market-facing initiatives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members across valuation engagements and practice activities.
• Apply technical expertise and business insight to support project management, client advisory, and practice development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive operational efficiency, and enhance client experience.
