Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required; MBA or Master's in Valuation preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or ASA designation required.
• 10+ years of valuation or consulting experience.
• Experience leading multiple engagements and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven business development, client relationship management, and practice growth experience.

• Apply technical expertise and business insight to support project management, client advisory, and practice development initiatives.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive operational efficiency, and enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or Master's in Valuation preferred.


• CPA, CFA, or ASA designation required.


• 10 years of relevant valuation or consulting experience.


• Experience managing multiple engagements and leading professional teams in a fast-paced environment.


• Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth initiatives.


• Experience contributing to thought leadership activities such as industry presentations, networking events, webinars, or professional forums preferred.


• Experience supporting mid-market clients preferred.


• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
