Job summary

Accenture India is seeking a Business Transformation Senior Manager to lead FP&A transformation, driving planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operating model changes across a multi-entity setup.

You will partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting, scalable data models, and advanced analytics while guiding a team of analysts toward a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 16-20 years of progressive finance experience, with significant time in FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Demonstrated experience leading or playing a senior role in a finance transformation, ERP, EPM implementation, or large-scale process improvement initiative.
• Experience in a complex, multi-entity, or multinational environment preferred.
• Prior people management experience required; experience managing managers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver FP&A transformation workstreams, including process redesign, system implementation, and operating model change.
• Define and champion the future-state vision for planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the enterprise.
• Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align transformation priorities with business strategy.
• Develop change management plans and training to support embedding of new tools and methods.
• Oversee the development of the annual budget, multi-year strategic plan, and rolling forecasts.
• Deliver high-quality financial reporting, variance analysis, and forward-looking commentary for senior leadership and the Board.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions.

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with EPM,CPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, OneStream, Hyperion) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage
• Advanced Excel; comfort working with large data sets and automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Python, SQL a plus) will be an added advantage

• Define and champion the future-state vision for planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the enterprise
• Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align transformation priorities with business strategy
• Drive adoption of new tools, methodologies, and ways of working; develop change management plans and training to support embedding
• Oversee the development of the annual budget, multi-year strategic plan, and rolling forecasts
• Deliver high-quality financial reporting, variance analysis, and forward-looking commentary for senior leadership and the Board
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions
• Identify risks and opportunities in the financial plan and proactively surface them to leadership
• Standardize and automate reporting and forecasting processes to reduce cycle times and improve accuracy
• Develop scalable data models and financial frameworks that support business growth and complexity
• Establish governance and controls around planning processes and outputs
• Develop and implement complimenting Agentic ,GenAI solutions for FP&A as a function and to compliment existing client landscape like Anaplan , OneStream etc
• Manage and develop a team of FP&A analysts and managers, building capability and fostering a high-performance culture
• Act as a trusted business partner to commercial, operations, and functional leaders
• Influence without authority across a matrixed organization; build strong relationships at all levels
• Key transformation workstreams delivered on time and embedded in the business
• Improved forecast accuracy and reduced planning cycle times
• FP&A team operating as a high-value business partner, not just a reporting function
