Joblet-AI is seeking a highly capable Business Systems Manager to join our fully remote, global team. You will shape operations, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee cross-functional delivery in your area, blending big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

You will develop testing protocols, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure performance and security standards, and mentor junior teammates while collaborating with product managers and engineers on new features.
