Joblet-AI is seeking a passionate Business Systems Associate to join our growing remote team. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape operations and drive initiatives across the business.

You will participate in code reviews and sprint planning, maintain data hygiene, and support IT infrastructure and testing activities. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours and a performance-based bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Maintain highly accurate internal records and ensure strict data hygiene protocols.
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
