Job summary

Lam Research in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to lead SAP Transportation Management initiatives and integrate TM with EWM, S/4HANA, and Finance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and design scalable logistics solutions for a global manufacturing network.

You will drive carrier collaboration, 3PL partnerships, testing, training, and go-live support while supporting continuous improvement in a hybrid work model.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years on SAP Transportation Management.
• Experience with global logistics organizations and 3PLs.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, solution design, and configuration for SAP TM.
• Support transportation planning, carrier selection, tendering, freight execution, and settlement.
• Implement and support BN4L, including carrier onboarding.
• Partner with 3PLs and logistics providers to improve visibility and execution.
• Design integrations between SAP TM, EWM, S/4HANA, Finance, and external systems.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, test plans, and training docs.
