Job summary

SysCloud is seeking a proactive Business Systems Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. You will work on integrations, Salesforce customization, and automation to support onboarding, workflows, and monitoring.

You will design API integrations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams. Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and AWS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business systems/engineering or integration roles.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce administration, flows, and basic customization.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Basic SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and modern AI tools.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Our platform offers a comprehensive suite of solutions like backup, data recovery, ransomware protection, compliance alerts, and eDiscovery search.

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Business Systems Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with business applications, system integrations, APIs, and automation. They should be eager to learn new technologies, adapt quickly to changing business needs, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity and business processes.

This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on building reliable, configuration‑driven systems that support SaaS application onboarding, operational workflows, review processes, validation pipelines, and monitoring dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support business system integrations and automations.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot REST API integrations with third‑party applications.
• Configure, customize, and support Salesforce based on business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues across business systems and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Systems Engineer, Integration Engineer, Systems Engineer, or a similar technical role.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, including Administration, Flows, Apex Triggers, and basic customization.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and understand queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and modern AI tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and business applications.

Good To Have

• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, or EventBridge.
• Experience using Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with business application integrations such as CRM, ERP, finance, or support platforms is an advantage.
