We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Assist support teams with incidents reported that are related to Service Catalogue items.
• Recommend new methods, suggests alternative solutions and changes to established methods to improve quality and increase productivity related to the service catalogue.
• Translate high‑level business requirements into functional specifications for input into service catalog activities.
• Responsible for test and sign‑off of Service Catalogue items prior to releasing to Process Owner for UAT acceptance.
• Arrange workshops with process owners with the purpose of documenting requirements or enhancements requested.
• Creating detailed development stories and acceptance criteria for service catalog.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and attainment of project deliverables.
• Participating proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives. Also suggesting and implementing improvements.
