Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Enterprise Multi-Solution Architect to shape end-to-end digital experience and MarTech transformations for global clients. You will define architectures spanning experience, data and operations, and lead workshops with diverse stakeholders.

Role requires 15+ years of enterprise tech experience, governance discipline, and proficiency with major platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore and AWS. Hybrid work in Bengaluru/Chennai, India is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise technology experience and architecture leadership.
• Proven leadership across digital experience, MarTech, CMS/DXP, analytics, customer data and journey transformation programmes.
• Ability to work across multiple technology vendors and recommend solutions based on business fit.
• Experience defining target architectures, transformation roadmaps, integration models, non-functional requirements and architecture governance.
• Strong client consulting, workshop facilitation, executive communication, proposal solutioning and technical defence experience.

Responsibilities

• Define current-state and target-state architectures spanning experience, content, data, decisioning, analytics, workflow, integration, cloud and operations.
• Lead discovery and architecture workshops with business, marketing, data, product, security and technology stakeholders.
• Assess and architect platform-agnostic CMS/DXP, analytics, CDP, personalization and journey orchestration solutions.
• Design governed generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, copilots and multi-agent workflows with enterprise security and governance.
• Create productized service offerings, accelerators, reference architectures and reusable assets for sales and delivery teams.
• Lead solution strategy for RFIs/RFPs and provide architecture governance from discovery through production readiness.

About the role

As an Enterprise Multi-Solution Architect, you will make an impact by shaping end-to-end digital experience and MarTech transformations for global clients, connecting business ambition, customer journeys and operating-model needs to pragmatic capability architectures, technology choices, transformation roadmaps and commercially viable service offerings. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Moment - Go To Market team and work collaboratively with industry teams, account teams, alliances, delivery leaders and clients.

In this role, you will

• Define current-state, target-state and transition architectures spanning experience, content, customer data, decisioning, analytics, workflow, integration, cloud and operations, and lead discovery and architecture workshops with business, marketing, data, product, security and technology stakeholders.
• Assess and architect platform-agnostic CMS/DXP, analytics, CDP, personalisation and journey orchestration solutions using objective business and technical criteria, remaining neutral across vendors.
• Design governed generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, copilots and multi-agent workflows that integrate with enterprise platforms while preserving security, privacy, governance and human accountability.
• Create productized service offerings, accelerators, reference architectures and reusable assets that help account teams sell and delivery teams execute.
• Lead solution strategy for RFIs, RFPs, proactive proposals and executive client discussions, and provide architecture governance from discovery through production readiness.

Work model

What you must have to be considered

• 15+ years of enterprise technology experience, including significant experience as a Multi-Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Consulting Architect or Chief Architect.
• Proven architecture leadership across enterprise digital experience, MarTech, CMS/DXP, analytics, customer data, personalisation and journey transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple technology vendors and recommend solutions based on business fit rather than product preference.
• Experience defining target architectures, transformation roadmaps, integration models, non-functional requirements and architecture governance for global enterprises.
• Strong client consulting, workshop facilitation, executive communication, proposal solutioning and technical defence experience.

These will help you succeed

• Experience creating repeatable offerings, accelerators, reference architectures or managed-service propositions.
• Practical experience applying generative AI and automation in a governed enterprise context.
• Working knowledge across major enterprise platforms including Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, Optimizely, Acquia/Drupal, Contentful, Contentstack, Microsoft, Google, AWS, Oracle, SAP and relevant composable ecosystems.
• Strong grounding in enterprise integration and API architecture, including API-first, event-driven, microservices and composable (MACH) patterns.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into a structured problem statement, value hypothesis, architecture and executable roadmap.
