• 5 - 8 years of experience in automation, analytics, business process improvement, digital transformation, or related technology delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience with automation solutions and technology-enabled process improvement.
• Practical experience using Python and Microsoft SQL for data analysis, solution development, or business automation.
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to business or operational use cases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with structured and unstructured data.
