Responsibilities

  • Support governance and compliance activities across stage gates 1–4 in the Business Management System (BMS) by gathering information and monitoring progress.
  • Initiate and track required engagements with Legal, Ethics & Compliance (E&C), Commercial, and other specialist teams in line with company processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of approvals, actions, risks, and supporting documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for framework management activities, including maintaining framework registers, trackers, and reporting information.
  • Support framework pipeline management by monitoring opportunities, contract renewals, key dates, and submission deadlines.
  • Ensure framework protocols, processes, templates, and documentation are followed and kept up to date.
  • Coordinate meetings, actions, and communications between stakeholders involved in opportunity and framework activities.
  • Produce regular pipeline, framework, and governance status reports for management review.
  • Escalate overdue actions, approvals, or process issues to Opportunity Owners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify and enhance processes and reporting.

Job Description

To provide administrative and coordination support to Opportunity Owners across business and pipeline activities including Oracle coordination, governance, compliance, and framework activities. The role supports activities related to stage gates 1 – 4 in the Business Management System (BMS) to ensure compliance with the Opportunity Risk Assessment (ORA) through coordination of the internal review processes, maintaining pipeline information as instructed by others, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring internal governance requirements are progressed and tracked appropriately.
