Job summary

Guiltfree Industries in Kolkata is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong FP&A experience to drive business performance reporting across RPSG Group companies. The role emphasizes MIS, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and the development of management dashboards and business review reports.

You will consolidate data from multiple units, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with post-qualification FP&A experience.
• 35+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Mandatory experience in FP&A / Business Finance including budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, profitability and business performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Power, Chemicals or large multi-entity organisations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual MIS and business performance reports.
• Analyse Revenue, EBITDA, margins, working capital, cash flow and other KPIs.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into key performance drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Build and maintain management dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
• Prepare business review packs and management presentations for senior leadership.
• Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple units/entities.
• Coordinate with CFOs, controllers and finance teams for timely data.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality and analytical processes.

The role will involve MIS, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI tracking and preparation of management dashboards and business review reports.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual MIS and business performance reports.
• Analyse Revenue, EBITDA, margins, working capital, cash flow and other key KPIs against Budget, Forecast and Prior Year.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide clear insights into key performance drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

• Prepare business review packs and management presentations for senior leadership.

Preferred candidate profile
