Vianaar Homes is seeking a Business Operations Manager to partner with the COO, drive strategic initiatives, and implement scalable business processes.

You will work across Operations, Customer Experience, Technology, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Expansion to align priorities and execute key programs. The role emphasizes structured problem solving, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making.

As a Business Operations Manager, you'll work directly with the COO to drive strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and ensure key projects move from ideas to execution.

This isn't a traditional operations role. You'll work across departments—including Operations, Customer Experience, Technology, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Expansion—to help the business operate more efficiently and scale successfully.

What You'll Do

• Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Strategy, Project Management, Found'er's Office, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Is highly organized and enjoys managing multiple priorities.
• Thinks analytically and approaches problems in a structured way.
• Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Takes ownership and follows through until work is complete.
• Is curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to do things.
• Is comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint/Google Workspace.
• Is familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot and is eager to learn new technologies.
