• Maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
• Works with customer support teams to address operational issues and improve the customer experience.
• Ensures that the company complies with relevant regulations and industry standards, and assists in audits as necessary.
• Supports the training of new hires and lower level roles.
  
  

Education & Experience Recommended

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
