• Experience with automation, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, systems design, computer science, or related field preferred.

Business Operations & Architecture Leader Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Innovation & Data Organization (IDO) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai, India. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The Business Operations & Architecture Lead sits within the IDO team and plays a critical role in helping Marsh businesses modernize how work gets done. This role partners with business leaders on demand to identify opportunities to improve operating models, simplify processes, enable data ingestion, and scale automation and AI-driven ways of working. As a trusted business architect and transformation partner, you will help translate strategic priorities into practical, scalable solutions that improve performance, reduce friction, and create measurable business value.

We will count on you to:

• Lead the design and evolution of target operating models, business processes, and ways of working that are fit for the future.
• Identify, shape, and deliver opportunities to simplify workflows, improve data ingestion, and enable automation and AI-assisted execution.
• Apply business architecture, process engineering, and systems thinking to solve complex operational challenges.

What you need to have:

• 15+ years of experience in business architecture, process improvement, transformation, or enterprise design.
• Strong experience designing or improving operating models, workflows, or service delivery models in a complex organization.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data-enabled, technology-supported solutions.
• Experience working across business, operations, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with automation, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, systems design, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or a consulting environment is highly valued.
