Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai seeks a Business Analytics Lead to own PL FUW analytics requirements, identify new segments, and collaborate with Risk, Business and Sales on policy and pricing strategies. Qualifications

• 6–10 years in analytics, preferably in banking or financial services.

• Hands-on with modern analytics tech stacks: Python, AI, Spark, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead FUW analytics requirements for the PL; ensure demand coverage.
• Create policy challengers using reject inferencing.
• Identify new segments; collaborate with Risk & Business on policy/TTD.
• Plan location distribution and expansion with Sales targets.
• Monitor approvals, funnel efficiencies, and TAT performance.
• Track Sales team efficiency with dashboards and voice analytics.
• Provide leads for Retentions and BT opportunities.
• Drive risk-based pricing to grow sourcing and profitability.
• Manage journey funnels and collaborate with data eng/product teams.

• New Segment identification and work with Risk & Business on policy and TTD
• Location distribution and expansion strategy along with Sales team target setting
• Monitor Approval Rates, Funnel efficiencies and TAT management
• Tracking on Sales team efficiencies using Channel Tracking Dashboards and Voice Analytics insights
• Provide Leads for Sales manager for Customer Retentions and Prospective BT opportunities
• Implementation of Risk based Pricing model to increase sourcing and profitability
• NTB DIY Journey Funnel management 11. Work with Risk to make changes in Strategy for growth
• Work with Partnerships data and execute DREs
• Journey funnel management
• Stakeholder management and networking across analytics team counterparts required to build and implement strategies
• Should be able to collaborate with Data engineering teams/Product management to implement and launch new technology based solutions for driving business growth and also data management

Skills Required

• 6-10 years of experience in analytics domain (preferably in Retail Lending – Banks/NBFCs/Consulting).
• Prior experience of working in credit risk, portfolio analytics and cross- sell analytics profile desired.
• Should have hands-on experience on modern analytics tech stacks: Python, AI, Spark, Sql etc
• Should have experience of stakeholder management at Leadership level
• MBA/M.Tech or BE in Computer Science, Master in Statistics or Analytics from Tier I colleges like IIT/NIT/IIMs/JBIMS/MDI/NMIMS/IIFT etc
