Job summary

Linkage IT in Pune (Kothrud) is seeking an experienced BI Developer to design, develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models. Join a data-driven team to transform business data into actionable insights through interactive reports and visuals.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of BI/Data Analytics experience, strong Power BI, SQL, DAX, ETL, and data warehousing skills, with immediate joiners preferred for onsite IST shift roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, DAX, ETL, and Data Warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and data visualizations.
• Create and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, and MDX.
• Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Design and manage ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to generate business insights.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and user access controls.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics.
