Qualifications

• 5-8 years of BA experience in BI/Data Analytics or related fields.

• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum delivery approaches is advantageous.

Black Box is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst (BA) to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team. This is an exciting internal opportunity for someone who wants to be at the intersection of Business and IT, playing a crucial role in converting business vision into actionable analytics solutions.The role requires a strong mix of business understanding, analytical mindset, and technical acumen, with working knowledge of internal tools (SAP, SQL, Oracle, Power BI) to effectively guide and support our BI development team.

Purpose of the Role

Act as a bridge between Business and the Data IT team to ensure successful BI delivery.Transform complex data into actionable insights that enable better decision-making.Partner with function leaders and management teams to define business needs and key metrics.Support data standardization, governance practices, and quality validation.Drive adoption and value realization from BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
