We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Power BI Developer to join our analytics team in Bangalore. This is a full-time role focused on delivering high-impact dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills, strong analytical capabilities, and prior experience in capital markets or private equity domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Perform data analysis, modeling, and transformation to support reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and validation across all Power BI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights through interactive visualizations.
• Translate complex datasets into clear and concise reports for non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize performance of Power BI solutions and adhere to data governance standards.
• Effectively communicate project progress and outcomes with internal and client teams.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Power BI development.
• Advanced expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI modeling techniques.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global clients.
