Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Hyderabad seeks a seasoned Project Manager with 10–15 years of experience and 5+ years leading Agile/Scrum teams. The role requires managing multiple onshore/offshore projects, including fixed bid initiatives, across Azure, Databricks, PySpark, SSIS and SQL Server.

You will define goals, create detailed plans, manage budgets, track milestones, and report risks to stakeholders while coordinating with clients and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum leadership.
• Experience in managing fixed bid projects is required.
• Strong technical exposure to Azure, Data Engineering (Databricks, PySpark) and BI (SSIS, SQL Server).
• Demonstrated ability to define goals, scope and deliverables with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive project plans and share with clients and NTTE leaders.
• Lead budgeting and coordinate project staff and resources to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Assign and track daily tasks to ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor progress and report milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Communicate status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting within the approved budget.
• Demonstrate risk management and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and extract learnings.

Overall 10-15 years of experience, with five or more years of project management, Agile/Scrum management, with an ability to manage multiple projects with good experience on onshore/offshore model projects

• Experience in managing fixed bid projects
• Experience in projects involving Azure, Data Engineering (Databricks and Pyspark), Business Intelligence (SSIS, SQL Server) skills.
• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, NTT leaders and other staff members.Lead the budget and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Assign and track the progress of daily tasks of the team members to ensure to meet the established milestones
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Excellent skills in risk management to minimize project risks, communicate the risks to the leadership in timely manner. Report and elevate to management as needed
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Solid work experience in change management principles and implementing the change
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Proven success working with all levels of management
