Business Insights Partner### Business Insights PartnerApply: Bangalore,India: Full time: Posted Today: R0000447102As a Business Insights Partner within the Store Insights team in Store Operations, you will use data, analytics, and process improvement methodologies to uncover insights and identify opportunities that simplify store operations, improve processes, and enhance the Store Team Member experience.* Analyse operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and emerging issues, identify performance gaps and key drivers, and deliver actionable insights that improve business outcomes and the Store Team Member experience.* Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting to monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and translate data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.* Partner closely with Store Operations, Product, Data, Engineering, and Enterprise teams to identify process gaps and define improvement opportunities.* Apply structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis to identify drivers of operational issues and develop scalable and sustainable solutions.* Lead process mapping and working sessions with business partners to understand current-state workflows, identify pain points, and recommend optimized future-state processes.* Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.* Support the testing and validation of AI-based automation tool migrations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and seamless transition of existing processes.* Design and document process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), business requirements, and user stories to support process improvements and implementation.* Establish and monitor performance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and quantify business impact.* Translate analytical findings and operational insights into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling visualizations for business partners and leadership.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.
