Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Business Innovation Analyst in Haryana with 8+ years of experience. The role focuses on building business cases and developing new capabilities, while coordinating with global leaders and managing multiple innovation projects from ideation to implementation.

You will drive innovation workshops, assess startup ecosystems, and collaborate with accelerators and VCs to shape the company’s technology roadmap.

• Build and develop business cases from ideas leading to new capability development within the enterprise
• Lead ideation pipeline and drive project execution from idea to implementation
• Conduct innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, jam connects and hackathons
• Understand global and Indian startup ecosystems for scouting relevant solutions
• Perform market and discovery research or consulting assignments
• Engage with accelerators, VCs, and corporate innovation groups for ecosystem collaborations
• Lead industry connects on emerging technology topics with external partners

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Build and develop business case from ideas leading to new capability development within the enterprise

Have prior experience working with global senior leaders (VP, Directors) and adept at stakeholder management

Manage the ideation pipeline at the organization and drive project execution from idea to implementation

Conduct innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, Jam connects, and hackathons to drive the innovation culture at the firm.

Have good understanding of the global and Indian startup ecosystem for scouting relevant solutions as per business requirements.

Prior experience doing market research, discovery research, or consulting assignments

Interested in emerging technologies like IOT, Sensors, Blockchain, Analytics, Web 3.0, Metaverse, etc.

Connected with Accelerators, VC, and other corporate innovation groups to drive eco-system collaborations

Lead and organize industry connect on specific emerging technology topics with external ecosystem partners

MUST HAVE

• 1.Business consulting experience of 5-10yrs

PREFERRED

• Good to have experience in M&A and deal-closing with corporate venture capital (CVC)
