Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead business growth, branch expansion, sales performance, and multi-location operations across Andhra Pradesh. The role will focus on revenue growth, team leadership, operational excellence, market penetration, and delivering a consistent customer experience across the branch network.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive branch network expansion across Andra Pradesh and identify high-potential locations.
• Oversee new branch launches and ensure scalable business operations.
• Drive business development, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales to implement centralized sales strategies and processes.
• Lead and manage branch managers and sales teams across the region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, audit standards, and ethical gold-buying practices.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
• Ensure transparency, trust, and high customer satisfaction across gold-buying transactions.
• Review branch performance dashboards, track targets, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders for smooth business functioning.

Mandatory Requirements

• Graduate; MBA preferred, with strong business acumen.
• 10-15 years of experience in gold, jewellery, financial services, or retail.
• Proven experience managing multi-location operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and significantly grow business revenue.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behaviour, preferably in the gold/jewellery sector.
• Experience with state-level P&L management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
