Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional and global teams in developing finance strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business and corporate teams to support company goals and strategic initiatives.
• Co-own the financial plan of the portfolio along with the portfolio/business lead.
• Drive revenue governance, including contracting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Manage margin governance, including cost optimization and sustainable cost reduction initiatives.
• Drive working capital governance, including unbilled revenue reduction, timely invoicing and collections, debt ageing, and PDD management.
• Prepare and manage MIS and financial analytics for the business unit, including cost pyramid analysis and revenue leakage against order book.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end financial closures.
• Analyze financial risks, business impacts, and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to connect finance and business strategies and improve business outcomes.
• Develop strong business finance partnerships across functions and geographies.
• Support senior leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making.
