Job summary

Dinex Emission Solutions India is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, costing and financial analysis within its manufacturing operations. The role collaborates with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to drive informed business decisions and improve profitability.

The candidate should have CMA/CMA Intermediate credentials and 6–9 years of business finance experience, with preference for automobile manufacturing exposure and strong cost-control

Qualifications

• CMA or CMA Intermediate, CMA qualification essential.
• 6–9 years of experience in business finance.
• Experience in the automobile manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, costing, forecasting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic financial forecasting to support business objectives.
• Drive product costing and cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct profitability, loss and gap analysis to improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business decisions.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management insights.
• Monitor financial KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure financial governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.
