Job summary

K12 Techno Services seeks a Business Analyst to drive SAP S/4HANA Cloud projects across procurement, finance, sales, and HR. You will manage master data for suppliers, customers, products, and BOMs, ensuring data quality and governance.

The role includes GL maintenance, month-end activities, root-cause analysis, SoD validation, and coordinating changes with IT and business teams. You will lead UAT, assist data migration at go-live, and prepare training materials for users.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end SAP Public Cloud BA support across Procurement, Finance, Sales, and HR/Workforce.
• Create, edit, and govern supplier, customer, and product/master data including vendor lifecycle, customer attributes and segmentation, item attributes, units, pricing, and BOM structures.
• Review and maintain GL master details and chart of accounts mappings; support month-end reconciliation and postings.
• Diagnose root causes of process and configuration issues across modules and drive corrective actions.
• Validate and maintain Business Roles and enforce segregation-of-duties (SoD) controls; coordinate access reviews with IT Security & process owners.
• Support business teams with requirements and system configuration changes, issues.
• Define and execute test plans: lead UAT and manage defect remediation.
• Support migration, master-data reconciliation, and data quality during go-live and changes.
• Develop training materials and produce process documentation for business users.
• Use analytics and reporting to monitor data quality and process KPIs; recommend improvements and governance controls, if any.
