Job summary

ViralChilly, Jaipur-based digital marketing and web development agency, seeks a proactive business development (Lead generation) intern. You will identify potential clients for our IT services, manage CRM data, and support outreach efforts while gaining exposure to global markets.

4-month in-office internship with stipend INR 4,000–6,000/month. Women applicants welcome. Start between Oct 30 and Dec 4, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients for IT services via LinkedIn, Clutch, directories and search engines.
• Build and maintain a structured prospects database in spreadsheets/CRM.
• Conduct market research to identify target industries and startups needing IT/digital solutions.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, company research, and other channels.
• Qualify prospects by understanding requirements, scope, budget, and decision-making process.
• Schedule introductory meetings or discovery calls with qualified prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline status in CRM.
• Assist in outbound lead generation campaigns and personalized outreach strategies.
• Track outreach performance, response rates, lead conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead generation activities, qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing/tech teams to identify new business opportunities and improve outreach.
• Stay updated on trends in IT services, web development, AI, SaaS, e-commerce, and digital marketing.

About the internship:

At ViralChilly (A Unit of Digiastic LLP), we're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic business development (Lead generation) intern to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying potential clients for our web development, mobile app development, UI/UX, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, market research, client prospecting, CRM management, and sales outreach. You'll work closely with our business development and marketing teams, gain exposure to global markets, and develop practical skills that can accelerate your career in IT sales.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. 1. Research and identify potential clients looking for web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services through LinkedIn, Clutch, Google, business directories, and other online platforms.
2. 2. Build and maintain a well-organized database of qualified prospects using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
3. 3. Conduct market research to identify target industries, emerging businesses, startups, and companies requiring IT and digital solutions.
4. 4. Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, company research, and other B2B prospecting channels.
5. 5. Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements, project scope, budget, and decision-making process.
6. 6. Schedule introductory meetings or discovery calls for the business development team with qualified prospects.
7. 7. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
8. 8. Assist in executing outbound lead generation campaigns and personalized outreach strategies.
9. 9. Track outreach performance, response rates, lead conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
10. 10. Prepare weekly reports on lead generation activities, qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and pipeline progress.
11. 11. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify new business opportunities and improve outreach strategies.
12. 12. Stay updated on the latest trends in IT services, web development, AI, SaaS, e-commerce, and digital marketing to identify potential business opportunities.
