Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute the go-to-market strategy for the SCF division, owning regional/national AUM and disbursement targets
  • Overall P&L health, fee income generation, and portfolio quality maintenance
  • Build and manage Anchor relationships and onboarding for scalable programs
  • Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Portfolio, Product, and Technology to ensure go-live and onboarding of vendor/dealer ecosystems
  • Drive onboarding funnel, activation levels, and early portfolio performance while maintaining portfolio health

ROLE SUMMARY

To drive growth in the Supply Chain Finance business through acquisition and onboarding of Anchor corporates, enabling scalable vendor/dealer financing programs and building a high-quality, profitable portfolio.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
  • Formulate and execute the go-to-market strategy for the SCF division. Own the regional/national AUM and disbursement targets, ensuring optimized acquisition costs and overall business profitability.
Income Generation & P&L Management
  • Overall P&L health, fee income generation, and maintenance of high-quality portfolio metrics.
Relationship Management
  • Act as a single point of contact during onboarding and initial ramp-up phase. Drive engagement to ensure long-term scalability of programs. Develop and manage strong relationships with onboarded Anchors
Program Implementation
  • Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Portfolio, Product, and Technology teams. Ensure timely completion of documentation, approvals, and program go-live. Support onboarding of vendor/dealer ecosystem under each Anchor
  • Drive utilization and disbursement under onboarded programs. Monitor onboarding funnel, activation levels, and early portfolio performance. Ensure portfolio quality in line with defined risk and profitability metrics .
  • Maintaining 50 Cr AUM. 200 Cr disbursement to be maintained yearly. Onboarding of 10 anchors with Tier 1 and Tier 2
Portfolio Risk & Quality Oversight:
  • Ensure overarching portfolio quality strictly aligns with defined commercial bureau and risk metrics. Monitor early warning signals and drive strategic interventions to maintain portfolio health.
CXO-Level Anchor Acquisition
  • Lead high-level engagements and strategic alliances with Tier-1 and Tier-2 Anchor corporates. Drive complex negotiations with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Procurement Leaders to establish scalable financing ecosystems.
