Wisecor Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive Business Loan sales through the DSA channel. The role focuses on sourcing and managing cases, developing DSA networks, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Business Loan sourcing, excellent relationship management, and the ability to coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Loans, SME Loans, Working Capital Finance or related lending products.
• Strong network within the DSA, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services ecosystem.
• Good understanding of credit processes and financial documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned business targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a network of DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
• Source Business Loan, Working Capital Loan, LAP, and MSME Loan opportunities through the DSA channel.
• Generate new business and maintain relationships with existing DSAs and clients.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Monitor lead conversion, loan pipeline, and business targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and channel partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on sourcing, disbursements, and business performance.
