Job summary

Floatex Solar in Delhi is looking for a seasoned Business Development professional to explore Solar EPC market opportunities, track deals through closure, and coordinate techno-commercial discussions with clients and engineering teams.

The role requires strong communication, presentation and writing skills, plus MBA marketing and engineering background. You will develop market insights and craft strategies to grow new business with developers and clients.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate (EEE/ECE/Mech) with MBA in marketing.
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Explore the market for Solar EPC and identify opportunities.
• List, update and track opportunities until closure.
• Coordinate meetings between engineering/design/estimation teams and clients.
• LOA and contract finalization with developers/clients within timelines.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activities and relevant information.
• Develop insights from past, present data and share with management.
• Devise strategies to create or improve business opportunities and achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Explore the market for Solar EPC and tap relevant opportunities

2) List down , update and track, on a regular basis, the opportunities till closure

3) Coordinate meetings between engineering/design/estimation team with clients for discussing & finalizing techno-commercial terms

4) LOA & Contract finalization with developers / clients within specific timelines

5)Provide market intelligence by way of competitor activities and other relevant information 6)Develop insights (based on past, present data, future estimates) and share with management during reviews

7)Devise strategies based on above insights and create new business opportunities (or improve existing business plan and try to achieve goals)

Qualifications & Skills:

Engineering Graduate (EEE,ECE or Mech.) & MBA with marketing.

Good communication , writing and Presentation skills to deal with customer/stake holders/interested parties. Attitude/aptitude skills to deal with customer and satisfy customer.

Technical Competencies:

Understanding of the tender documents, technical and commercial points. Knowledge of Govt/Statutory and Regulatory Policy details. Understanding of drawing / specification / standards , SOPs , FQPs , check lists , functional procedures , Microsoft usage , SAP and CRM
